The full regional council of the Federation of Industry, Trades and Handicrafts of Sfax has met in a regular session : Saturday 28 December 2013 at the headquarters of the Union. The meeting was headed by Mr. Anwar Triki, who started the session with a speech in which he presented the annual activity of the Regional Union and achievements for the benefit of interested as well as the next industrial action necessary in the purpose of gathering and expanding member base and commitment of members on various structures and their dedication to serving patrons in different specialty.

Mr. Anwar Triki has also given an explanation of the changes and additions approved in national law while encouraging all members to read and respect the different terms… yet he stressed on the will of the Executive Board to meet all guidelines, in the context of transparency and fruitful cooperation of construction, with a commitment to neutrality and to political sensitivities...

Also, he pointed out that the regional union has taken important measures in order to assemble all the syndicaliste, and build a strong relationship with all parts such as the administrative union of commerce and especially with the Federation of labor and all parts interfering in creating a healthy social climate...

The debate has shown a rich and frank discussion which approach many concerns, such as the refuse of the separation of the association of the Sfax International Fair from the Federation of Industry and Commerce and brought attention to the basic structure, and the development of sectoral studies services institutions, and complete the training committee of the union, and to expand the circle of polarization and to ensure support resources. Also, a lot of members have complained the participation of Ms. Widad Albouchmawi in the national dialogue, by expressing their concern that it affects his interest in the affairs of the organization. These words were rejected by Anwar Triki, who expressed that the contribution of the organization to the debate represented by the person of the President is an honor for all of us , highlighting the historical role of the national organization in the patriotic building and that the president has a number of capable assistants which are performing their tasks perfectly...

He also explained the delicacy of the divestiture decision expressed by the combination of fair Sfax Union ... and urged the various structures to the cohesion of their activities and to the polarization of their efforts dedicated to their interested
